WHERE DO WE PICK UP/DROP OFF THE BOAT?

​

The main fuel dock is the most convenient location for renters to load and unload from the boat. Ice is conveniently located steps away and marina employees will be close by to assist with any other needs when arriving and departing.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO RENT A BOAT?

​

First, a renter must be at least 25 years old and have a valid driver's license from the United States. Second, the driver must have reasonable experience operating a boat to ensure everyone's safety at the marina, on the water, and others accompanying the captain. Employees will give a quick instruction walkthrough of the boat to make sure anyone driving is capable and that all safety requirements and needs are met.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT ON THE BOAT?

Depending on which boat you rent, boats can accommodate 7 to 9 people. Maximizing the capacity is not recommended as boats might be tight once you are cruising, but the boats are equipped with the necessary equipment for large groups of people.

WHERE CAN WE TAKE THE BOAT AS RENTERS?CAN WE GO IN THE OCEAN TO GO FISHING?

​

The maps below outlines the locations in which the boats are allowed to go. Rental boats are not to leave out of any inlet and may not be used in the ocean. Naviagtion should be confined to the Charleston Harbor, Stono River, Cooper River, Wando River, Ashley River and the the Intracoastal Waterway.
